Cancellation Policy and No Show

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, all cancellations or changes must be made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Following a no-show, future booking privileges may be restricted or revoked at Bare North’s discretion.

Failure to come to your appointment prepared may also result in a cancellation fee. Please review the FAQs if you are unsure what that means.

New Client deposit policy

All new clients will be charged a deposit of $50 to book a first appointment. Failure to show up will result in the loss of that deposit and possible loss of booking privileges at Bare North’s discretion.

Respectful Conduct Policy

Bare North is committed to providing a safe , comfortable, and respectful space for everyone.

Clients are expected to treat their practitioner, other clinents and the space with respect at all times. Innappropriate, sexual, aggressive, discriminatory, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Body sugaring is a professional service. Any behaviour or comments that cross professional boundaries will result in the appointment ending immediately, and the client may no longer be welcome to book future appointments.
